Some things are correct in your story, but some are NOT. Soul Man was NOT recorded at Ardent/National. SM was tracked and mixed at Stax on McLemore! The Boxtops things were tracked at American Studio, but then overdubbed and mixed at Ardent indeed.

For pete's sake they might as well had done the interior like Graceland. I could see they din't.

Just wanted to add l never realised that Bridget Bardot was such a negative person. She should have been pleased that Elvis wanted to meet her instead she gives him a hard time. She certainly looks way old now!!

Growing up just down 61 highway from Mempho, we saw Elvis numerous times or were in stores like the old Sears store downtown when they would announce his entry and exit. Can't help but wonder what might have played out if he had been lucky enough to land a halfway honest manager from the start. The Colonel was a bad thing in my opinion. He rode Elvis to death.

Here in East TN. is another house that looked similar. The difference between this one and the other one is that this one has a side addition and the other one is tiny.

Hi Spa Guy, Thank you for another excellent report about Elvis in Germany. What are the chances that you were standing inches away from a statue that Elvis looked at and you only realised it on your return to the USA? It reminds me that when I visited Graceland in May 2019 I walked past Graceland and saw another building and thought to myself ' Nothing to see here' so I moved on. It was only on my return back home to the United Kingdom that I realised that the property I saw next to Graceland, through your channel, was where Elvis visited his Foot Doctor I wish I had taken some photos now. My father took me there. I walked up by myself at three to four years of age. There were flowers. And two Police Officers standing guard. And I walked toward the entry and I was denied. And then the Officers placed their hands on me. At that time a call came over a speaker. To hold me. But my father pulled up and the Officer's hold let loose and I ran toward the car and the door was locked. And after that I was allowed to get in and go. Before visiting the Graveyard my father took me to the hospital. He let me walk to the back entrance and it was in the evening near dark when a man walked into me at the back right end of the Ambulance saying he came to get his lunch bag.

I'm assuming he told you to adjust & use those camera settings because he assumed you would be shooting the night sky. At least he didn't just jump to conclusions & assume you were a peeping Tom when you asked about taking pics in the dark. 😂 Great story & pics though. Thanks for sharing the experience with us.

would a 6 inch flex hose be long enough to heat up get a coupler in between 2 hard pipes with no flex in them?? I currently have a rubber boot with clamps in between two hard pipes. Not sure if it will hold
